Pathways to Success with Pilates!

Motivation to Move Pilates in Scullin is focused on individual programs in a small group class (up to 4 ). This enables us to tailor your Pilates experience to match your specific movement goals. Pilates keeps us mobile, increases strength, mobility & balance and reduces pain, as we negotiate the ever changing needs of our moving body through daily life, injury, living longer, pregnancy or illness.

Viv Rogis is passionate about finding an appropriate movement program as ‘medicine’ for the body for each person who walks through the studio door. In consultation with you, and your broader health and wellness team (if relevant) Viv will  identify your individual pilates needs and provide sustainable support to achieve your goals.  

Everyone begins with an initial consultation, which includes a postural and movement assessment process, goal setting and an introduction to the pilates method & the specific equipment we have at the studio. This private session enables you to join group classes feeling confident & ready to go and we will already know what you need. After your initial consultation you can access;

  • A weekly group class in either reformer or studio Pilates. (Viv will advise which is best for your needs) In both these settings you will be guided through your session by fully qualified instructors.

  • A 2nd private session (optional) in which Viv will teach your individual program in a more focused environment.  

  • Private classes. After your initial consultation if you have a group of friends (up to 4) who would like to regularly do pilates together, or you prefer to maintain a private 1:1 session weekly, then you can book a regular time for this with Viv. 

The final part of your pilates success story is consistency. Give yourself the gift of a regular hour (or 2) in your week to move with mind and body in concert.

Initial Consultations

  • $120 (1hr)

  • $60 (40min) for reformer classes only.

An initial consultation includes a postural and movement assessment process, goal setting plus an introduction to the pilates method & equipment. These sessions are vital for us to get to know each other, so that Motivation to Move teachers can be best prepared to facilitate your pilates needs as you move into group classes. 

The shorter Introductory Session is for those who have less complex needs or goals from their Pilates sessions. You will not be given an individual program after this session and are only be able to join group reformer classes

Studio Session

  • $42 single class

  • $200– 5 class pass

  • $380 – 10 class pass

Group classes have a maximum of 4 people per class. Viv will guide each participant through pilates exercises to fit their goals and/or movement needs. You will get personal instruction and time and space to discover the exercises at your own pace. These classes are suitable for pregnancy, post natal recovery, injury prevention, injury rehabilitation, prehab and post acute rehab, balance, pain reduction and general strength and wellbeing.

Reformer Class

  • $38 Single session

  • $185 5 Class pass ($37)

  • $350 10 class pass ($35)

Small group reformer sessions (4 in a class) are for those who have less complex movement needs. clients may enter these classes after a short introductory session (30mins)
